Event Details

  • Date: Saturday, July 20, 2024

  • Time: 9am – 2pm with 2 optional sessions until 3:30pm

  • Location: B Lazy M Ranch, Florissant (contact Linda King for details, via registration link below)

  • HOW:  Andre’ will train and demonstrate how to conduct HIZ assessments with hands-on opportunity to apply what is learned. Focus: first 100′ around the structure + driveway & road access.

  • WHY:  The specific value of this workshop is that it trains a first wave of community leaders in HIZ assessments, enabling them to lead future assessments within their communities. The workshop is a teach-the-teacher philosophy, as well as action-oriented in that real-time assessments are made as part of the workshop.
